Ahhhh lavender. I have fallen in love with this oil. It has so many benefits, particularly calming and relaxing properties that can help you fall asleep and melt away feelings of tension. Ancient Egyptians and Romans used Lavender for bathing, relaxation, cooking, and as perfume.
